Santa will be in Lacombe on Dec. 11

LACOMBE – Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting the National Wildlife Refuges Visitor Center in Lacombe on Saturday Dec. 11 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Santa will be greeting kids and families in his new “swamp cabin” outpost inside the center, while Mrs. Claus will be reading Christmas stories to get everyone in the holiday spirit.

Admission and visits with Santa are free.

Parents are invited to bring cameras to get a photo of their children with Santa and everyone can enjoy hot chocolate and cookies amid the wildlife displays of the visitor center. The trails and grounds of Bayou Gardens will also be open for exploration.
